2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

  • All transactions on the inplay platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from your chosen local payment channel.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. inplay reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds to your account.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
  • inplay is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages that are outside our reasonable control.
  • Any deposits made through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or disputed transactions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and any winnings associated with those deposits may be voided.

3. Betting Rules and Wagering

  • All bets placed on the inplay platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the bet details, including the selection, stake, and odds, before submitting.
  • inplay reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or clearly incorrect odds publication.
  • Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. inplay may suspend markets at any time during an event without prior notice if circumstances require it.
  • Winnings will be credited to your account balance automatically after the relevant event result is officially confirmed. Any disputes regarding event outcomes must be submitted to our support team within seven days of the event conclusion.
  • Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or any other form of fraudulent betting activity is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
  • inplay reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts per selection or per account if unusual betting patterns are detected, in order to protect the integrity of the platform.

4. Casino-Style Games

  • Casino-style games available on the inplay platform, including slots and live dealer titles, are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface.
  • All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures, as applicable. inplay does not manipulate game results in any way.
  • Malfunctions in any game, including software errors, connection interruptions, or display glitches, void all pays and plays affected by that malfunction. Any stakes involved in a voided round will be returned to your account balance.
  • New game titles are added to the catalogue regularly. Availability of specific games may vary and inplay does not guarantee that any particular title will remain accessible indefinitely.
  • You acknowledge that all casino-style games involve an element of chance and that past results do not influence future outcomes in any game session.

5. Platform Use and Mobile App

  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the inplay app or any part of the platform infrastructure.

  • The platform is optimised for mobile use across the Philippines. However, inplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device limitations.
  • You agree not to use any scraping tool, bot, script, or automated process to access or interact with the inplay platform in any way that circumvents normal user interaction.
